This is what a CFO looks like now.
Connect the books, the bank, payroll and whatever rings up your sales. F1RST reads all of it, every day, and surfaces the things a good CFO would have caught — with the evidence attached.
A QuickBooks or bank transaction export, a sales report, a vendor ledger. Any CSV with an amount column.
Real F1RST screens on a demo company. Pins are example classes of finding, not a customer’s data.
The numbers
Register lines, invoice lines, punches, deposits, card settlements. Nobody has time to read them. Somewhere in them is the one that matters.
The whole desk
A fractional CFO gives you a few hours a month and a sample of the numbers. F1RST sits at every seat of that desk, reads every line every day, and shows its work: the evidence, the method and the next step, on every finding.
A CFOBuilds a 13-week cash forecast, usually once a month.
F1RST13-week and 52-week forecasts rebuilt every day from the live bank, receivables and sales, with runway, scenarios and a Monte Carlo range around the number.
A CFOCloses the books weeks after the month ends.
F1RSTA continuous close: bank reconciliation, tie-outs and the month-end checklist run as entries arrive, so the month is closed when the month is over.
A CFOSamples a handful of transactions each quarter.
F1RSTEvery invoice, deposit, refund, void and comp tested every day with Benford, Isolation Forest, CUSUM, MAD and EWMA, plus duplicate payments, vendor concentration and period-end clustering.
A CFOReviews spend by category.
F1RSTReads invoice lines at the item level, tracks every price over time, and keeps a live order guide across your vendors so the cheaper line is always in front of you.
A CFOCosts the product once a year.
F1RSTUnit margins from live costs: a plate, a job, a procedure, a unit. Break-even and profitability by line, updated when a supplier moves a price.
A CFOReads payroll after it has run.
F1RSTLabor against sales by day-part, overtime creep and staffing to demand, priced at each person’s wage, before the next schedule is written.
A CFOChases receivables and reviews the loans when the bank asks.
F1RSTReceivables and payables worked every day, working capital and leverage watched continuously, covenants flagged before they bite.
A CFOAssembles a package when someone asks for one.
F1RSTBoard decks, lender packages and reports on a schedule, and an assurance receipt a lender or buyer can verify without trusting F1RST.
A CFOCompares you with what they have happened to see.
F1RSTYour numbers against 21 industry profiles and, as the network grows, anonymized peers like you, never a generic average.
A CFOHands it to the accountant in January.
F1RSTTax intelligence all year: entity, deductions and timing flagged as they arise, handed to your CPA ready to file.
And above the desk, the audit firm: several independent AI models cross-examine every conclusion, and every read, finding and edit is written to a tamper-evident chain anchored daily.
A manager that never clocks out
The register, the time clock, the bank and the invoices all talk to us daily. The same manager runs a shop, a clinic, a crew, a club, a practice or a nonprofit.
Yesterday is read: sales, labor, deposits, refunds and cash, flagged only where the day broke its own pattern.
Labor read against sales by day-part and priced at each person’s wage, so overtime creep and over-scheduling show up as dollars, not a footnote.
Lines read at the item level; a price that creeps is caught the week it moves.
Vendor prices compared side by side and the order built for approval. A person still approves it.
Lands in the owner’s inbox with the evidence, the method and the next step. Handled findings go quiet.
Nothing here moves money on its own. F1RST reads, compares, drafts and alerts; a person approves. If a system can export it, F1RST can read it. No partner gate decides what you can see.
Read as it comes in. In your inbox before you are.
Numbers arrive through the day and are read as they land. Once yesterday is in, one email: the day, the week so far, and anything that needs you. Ask about any period you like — yesterday, last month, the first quarter — and the answer comes from your own records.
The feed pulls whatever is new: sales, payroll, bank, invoices.
Your morning brief lands once yesterday’s numbers are in. Nothing in, nothing sent.
Daily, weekly or monthly reports on a schedule, and a copilot that answers about any span from the received data.

SubjectYour morning brief — Friday: $4,380 net, 129 transactions, labor 25%
Yesterday: $4,380 net on 129 transactions, labor at 25%. In line with your Fridays.
One thing needs you: one vendor invoice appears twice — #4471 on the 12th and again on the 19th as #4471-R, $612.40 both times.
Week to date: $23,910, up 4% on the same days last week.

Try one detector, right here
Natural amounts start with 1 about 30% of the time and with 9 under 5%. Invented, rounded or limit-dodging amounts break that curve. This is one of the five forensic detectors in F1RST; here it runs on a labeled sample, or on anything you paste.
Runs entirely in this page. Nothing you paste is sent anywhere.
In F1RST this test runs on every invoice, deposit and sales total as it arrives, alongside Isolation Forest, CUSUM, MAD and EWMA, and a deviation opens a finding with the amounts and source documents behind it. Benford needs a few hundred naturally occurring amounts spanning several orders of magnitude; a small or capped set reads weakly.
Built like an audit firm
Several independent AI models cross-examine every conclusion before you see it. Nothing is asserted without the record that supports it.
Nothing can be quietly changed
Every read, every finding and every edit is written to a chain. Each entry is hashed together with the previous entry’s hash, so changing one line breaks every line after it. Verify it here; then change one and watch it break.
Seven demo entries hashed in your browser with SHA-256, the same rule the product’s audit trail uses.
Tamper-evident. Every day, a fingerprint of the audit log is anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain, so not even F1RST can quietly rewrite yesterday. Your records themselves never leave F1RST. Latest confirmed: Bitcoin block 971954, chain entry #9829. Proof
A track record you can check
Every forecast, finding and outcome F1RST records becomes a leaf in an append-only ledger. Each day that ledger’s fingerprint is anchored with the audit log. So when we say a forecast was right, you can prove it was made before the month it forecast, and so can a bank, a buyer or an auditor.
Counts exclude demo companies. Accuracy by engine appears only once five or more real businesses contribute. Your own records are never public; you can share an assurance receipt by link. How to verify
The assurance receipt
One page per month: every record read in full, every test run, every finding and its status, with the day’s anchors. Its hash goes into the next anchor. Share the link with a lender, a landlord or a buyer and they can verify it without trusting F1RST.
Any industry
The same engines read every industry. Benchmarks draw on 21 industry profiles, so your numbers are compared with organizations like yours, not a generic average.

I couldn’t save my first business. I built this so you can save yours.
A bridge came down, the traffic stopped, and the numbers that could have warned me were sitting in five different systems nobody had time to read. F1RST is the CFO I needed and couldn’t afford: it reads everything, every day, and says the hard thing early.
While F1RST is onboarding its first businesses, every new account is set up by hand, by the founder. One file is enough to show you what’s buried in it.
